This upward trend in revenue was driven by several key factors, as highlighted by PRAY’s President Director, Leona A. Karnali. The performance of newly established hospitals, coupled with the enhanced operational efficiency of existing facilities, contributed significantly. Furthermore, growth in non-hospital units, including Westerindo and the Smart Fertility Clinic, also played a crucial role in the company’s financial success.

Primaya Hospital Group is also strategically expanding its service offerings to include advanced medical treatments. Among these are robotic rehabilitation services for injuries, utilizing cutting-edge Cyberdyne HAL technology, and HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy) for managing abdominal cancers. These initiatives underscore the group’s commitment to developing specialized services powered by the latest medical technology.

Financially, the company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) saw a healthy increase of 22% compared to the first quarter of the previous year. However, the net profit for Q1 2026 experienced a dip of 48.6% YoY, settling at Rp 21.35 billion, down from Rp 41.56 billion in the prior year.

Looking back at the full year 2025, PRAY recorded revenues of Rp 2.43 trillion, representing a 16% YoY growth. Net profit for the same period also saw an improvement, rising by 9% YoY to Rp 211.4 billion.

For 2026, Primaya has set ambitious targets, aiming for revenue growth of 15%–20% and an EBITDA increase of 20%–25%. These projections are underpinned by the company’s strategic focus on expanding its hospital network, bolstering its specialized service lines, and embracing digital transformation across its operations.

As part of its ongoing development strategy, PRAY is set to expand its footprint with the opening of new buildings at Primaya Hospital PGI Cikini and Primaya Hospital BSD. Leona emphasized the group’s dedication to continuously enhancing its service capabilities, fostering innovation in both medical and digital realms, and building a more integrated healthcare ecosystem that addresses the evolving needs of the community.

“Through enhanced services, continuous innovation, and the development of an integrated healthcare ecosystem, Primaya Hospital is committed to growing alongside the needs of the Indonesian people,” stated Leona in a press release on Tuesday, May 26.
