Investors listed in the Register of Shareholders as of June 12, 2026, will be eligible to receive these dividends.

Strategic Financial Allocation

Beyond the dividend payout, the company has allocated IDR 1 billion toward its reserve fund. These positive results act as the primary catalyst for the company to realize its vision as a vital link in Indonesia’s supply chain,” Wanny stated in an official release.

Robust Performance and Operational Growth

Throughout 2025, BLOG achieved a consolidated revenue of IDR 1.33 trillion, reflecting a 23% increase compared to the previous year. Simultaneously, net profit experienced a strong 29% year-on-year growth to reach IDR 144 billion. This impressive performance was driven by the expansion of logistics and storage services, supported by an extensive operational network consisting of over 3,400 vehicles, 126 operational points, and 15 warehouses, with the capacity to manage more than 26,000 delivery points daily.

During the same meeting, management confirmed that the funds raised from the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) have been fully utilized as of the end of 2025. The net IPO proceeds of IDR 138.23 billion were instrumental in scaling the company’s cold chain facilities, including the construction of cold storage warehouses in Tangerang, Pontianak, and Makassar, alongside the acquisition of new cold and dry light trucks.

Moving forward, BLOG aims to solidify its position in the third-party logistics (3PL) sector. The company plans to prioritize network expansion, efficient asset management, human capital development, and the integration of advanced technologies. Furthermore, BLOG is committed to deepening its cold chain service offerings to meet the growing demand for temperature-controlled logistics and improved operational visibility among its clients.
